Consultant, Professor, Author & Professional Coach
James wants to help you be effective, efficient, successful, and to help you find fulfillment in your work / personal life. He has a diverse professional background that colors his unique perspective - having held management and director positions, started a consulting business and non-profit organization, managed projects with budgets in the tens of millions, and teaches at the college level about leadership and management. He has a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Bachelor’s in non-profit management, a partial doctorate in administration, a Six Sigma certification, and has years of Project Management experience. He has 13 years of pastoral counseling experience where he helped well over 100 individuals, along with having been an adjunct professor at Kent State University for years. He is married with four kids at home, so he also understands the complexities of life.
